1 Sit on a stability ball and then slowly roll it toward your feet, moving your feet forward until the ball is comfortably beneath your mid- to upper back. Place your hands behind your head to support your neck. Your feet should be shoulder-width apart and bent 90 degrees.

2 Once stable, lift and extend one leg until it’s parallel to the floor.

Slowly lower to starting position and repeat with the other leg.

SUGGESTED BALL TYPE(S): small firm or stability

Focus on pressing your lower back into the floor, not on seeing how many reps you can do.
